Biolage Hair Cycling

Hair cycling, inspired by the popular concept of skin cycling, is gaining traction on social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok. This practice involves alternating hair care products to maintain optimal hair and scalp health. By incorporating hair cycling into their routines, clients can prevent stripping essential oils, eliminate dryness and irritation, avoid product buildup and address multiple hair concerns simultaneously. Here’s a quick guide on how to incorporate Biolage ranges to meet different client needs.

Hair Cycling Assessment

To start, evaluate your client's hair and scalp condition, taking note of factors like an oily scalp, dandruff, or color-treated and damaged hair. This assessment will help you select suitable products, such as clarifying shampoos for oily scalps or color-care formulations for damaged hair. Additionally, discuss the frequency of their shampooing routine. With this information, you can design a personalized regimen that alternates the necessary products within their regular shampoo cycle.

Hair Cycling Examples

Alternate these two regimens throughout the week.

Regularly reassess your clients' hair cycling regimens to accommodate changes in hair condition, weather, or lifestyle. The flexibility of hair cycling allows for adjustments to meet evolving needs. By implementing hair cycling, you can provide customized care and treatment regimens that address multiple hair concerns, resulting in healthier and more vibrant hair for your clients.
