I get that question a lot, when applying relaxer do not apply relaxer to the scalp to avoid the sensation. When applying stay half an inch away from the scalp.
How do you get over the fear of using relaxers? I’m new to texture styling.
The best way is to get the proper education on the proper education. When I started out I wish someone had given me all these tips and tricks. One of them being to angle my brush at a 45 degree angle, it has made such a big difference!
How long should a client wait before washing their hair?

How long do you wait to schedule a retouch service?
I recommend you have your client come in based on their texture type and how fast their hair grows. Our recommendation is always 6 weeks or more.
