What inspired you to collaborate with DESIGNME on the PUFF.ME Volumizing Mousse for SalonCentric?
Philip Wolff: This is hands-down my favorite DESIGNME product. I use it on everyone because, whether someone is after big, dramatic volume or just a little extra body, this mousse delivers. Who doesn’t want their hair to have that perfect, effortless fullness? It’s my go-to.
What was the creative process behind this limited-edition design?
PW: Collaborating with Tracy Hawchar, DESIGNME’s Creative & Design Manager, was such a fun and rewarding experience. I wanted the design to reflect my personal style as an artist while staying true to DESIGNME’s brand identity.
That’s why we transitioned from a deep, moody burgundy—representing my love for bold and edgy vibes—to the iconic PUFF.ME PUFFTINI pink that the DESIGNME community already knows and loves. The tattoo-inspired font is a nod to my passion for ink, making the design uniquely personal yet seamlessly tied to the product’s energy.
How do you think PUFF.ME Volumizing Mousse stands out from any other volumizing mousse out there?
PW: It’s in a league of its own! This mousse combines the perfect balance of conditioning agents, ensuring it’s non-crunchy while delivering a smooth, touchable finish.
